AUC’s medical students once again will be teaching children about the digestive system and diabetes. Diabetes is one of the most common chronic conditions on our island.

In addition, the students will be engaged in art and craft activities and demonstrations that represent the digestive system as well as interactive games to understand and prevent diseases.

The day should be really fun & educational; thus we are looking forward to a huge turnout of children hungry for knowledge. Diabetes is one of the most common chronic conditions on our island.

All students are invited to participate in a program that will benefit the youth of our island. This joint initiative of the Philipsburg Jubilee Library and the American University of the Caribbean will take place on Saturday, June 16th, 2018, from 10 am to 12.30 pm.

Looking forward to a positive participation of all interested children at this health event.
