Audition for the Library’s Summer Musical

PHILPSBURG— Do you enjoy dancing, singing or acting? Then audition to be part of the Philipsburg Jubilee Library’s summer musical, which will be held from July 2 to August 2.
The aim of this summer musical is to give St. Maarten’s talented youngsters between the ages nine to seventeen, a platform to cultivate, as well as showcase their untapped artistic abilities in a meaningful way.
Audition for the Library’s Summer Musical
Co-Directors Clara Reyes and Arlene Halley of the National Institute of the Arts (NIA) will be collaborating with the library to train and prepare students for the musical. Auditions will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the John Larmonie Center from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. Parents are required to register their children to audition no later than Friday, June 20, 2014 at 5pm. Please bring a passport sized picture of your child, when registering. Space is limited so parents are required to register their children as early as possible.
