Baby and Toddler Rhyme Time sessions start again at the library
The Baby and Toddler Rhyme Time is a fun and entertaining hour full of dance, song and play for children up to 4 years of age. Children and their parents will sing along to popular children’s songs, including old-time Caribbean children’s classics and have an enjoyable time. These sessions will take place every other week on Wednesdays at 10:00 am, starting on September 16th. “The aim of this program is to enrich the childhood experience of babies and toddlers in St. Maarten and to enhance child development through music, drama and physical activity” stated activity leader Zahira Marmar. Every second Thursday of each month, at 6:00 pm, Millicent De Weever will also provide Story Time, which is a fun-filled storytelling session for the little ones. If you have any questions about the Read to Me: Babies and Toddlers programs, please contact Melackia Spencer at telephone number 542-2970.
