The Philipsburg Jubilee Library will continue its bi-weekly story hour on Wednesday, September 25th , at 3pm.
The library’s first story hour was held on Wednesday, September 18. At story hour, “Mo d Joker”, the fun clown, read the story “No Clowning Around in the Library

written by Morena Ignacio. Mo d Joker told the story of little Clara, who did bad things at the library. After the story hour, children created a clown face using paper plates. If you want to hear another exciting story and create something beautiful then come to the library on Wednesday, September 25th. All children between the ages 6 to 12 years old are welcome. At this time, the library cannot accommodate after school care groups and child care centers for this story hour program. However, a special story hour can be scheduled for interested groups.
