Story Time on Recycling this Saturday at the Library
Storyteller, Morela Hodge-Houterman will be reading from one of the library’s children’s books called “Recycle Everyday!” by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace. Come listen to the story of how little Minna works hard to find the perfect entry for the recycle contest at her school. After story time, there will be a hands-on arts & craft activity for all of the attending children to do. Mrs. Hodge-Houterman will demonstrate how plastic bottles can be turned into beautiful bracelets. If you want to learn more about recycling, there will also be an exhibition on display at the library with a large variety of books on recycling. For more information on this and more storytelling events, please contact Maryland at 542-2970.
