The Reach Out and read Foundation will once again be hosting the Reach Out and Read program in cooperation with the Philipsburg Jubilee Library.
This program is for children who need extra practice in English reading
The Reach Out and read Foundation
Students from schools with English as language of instruction must be at least in Cycle 1, year 4.

Students from schools with Dutch as language of instruction must be in Cycle 2. Registration of new participants, as well as those returning after the summer break, must be done by parent-in-person at the Philipsburg Jubilee Library on:Saturday August 30th and Sept 6th from 10.00 am- 11.00 am Testing for placement in groups will be done on these days. The registration forms are available at the circulation deskReading program starts on September 13th, at 9.30 am
