The Reach Out and read Foundation will once again be hosting the Reach Out and Read program in cooperation with the Philipsburg Jubilee Library.
This program is for children who need extra practice in English reading
The Reach Out and read Foundation
Students from schools with English as the language of instruction must be at least in Cycle 1, year 4.

Students from schools with Dutch as language of instruction must be in Cycle 2. Registration of new participants, as well as those returning after the summer break, must be done by parent-in-person at the Philipsburg Jubilee Library on:Saturday, August 26th 2017 and Sept 2nd 2017 from 9.30-11.00 am Testing for placement in groups will be done on those days. The registration forms are available at the circulation desk in a yellow envelope.

Reading program starts on September 9th, at 9.30 am Sharp.
