Want to share your knowledge and skills about ICT, Technology and Social Media with students and teachers?

The Philipsburg Jubilee Library is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to teach primary school children and teachers in the following areas:

Google Earth, Glogster, Blogs, Podcasting, Publisher, Google docs, MS Word, MS excel, searching the internet, digital storytelling, animation, web design, web quests, designing apps and games, Windows, Khan Academy, documentary making, Edmodo, digital portfoliosOr technology integration in subject areas Math, Sciences, Social Studies, English, Arts Trainers will be asked to conduct workshops for primary school children, professional development teachers and adults at schools and in the Medialab of the Philipsburg Jubilee Library. Profile:ICT competentProven teaching experience children/adultsExperience with interactive teaching / active classroomAvailability during day and/or evening hours Interested? However you will receive a moderate stipend to cover your expenses. Please indicate which times you will be available (mornings – afternoons – evenings/ days of the week).
