The event, titled “Celebrating Connection, Purpose, and Joy: Senior Connect Display of Services and Activities 2026”, connected seniors with essential services, resources, and opportunities across the island.

At the library’s booth, Media Coaches F. Housen and M. Spencer highlighted the Cyber Seniors program, providing hands-on guidance in digital skills for beginners and advanced learners.

Seniors received informational materials, books, and resources, while 25 attendees registered for upcoming cyber classes, promoting lifelong learning and social engagement.

Overall, the library engaged over 50 seniors, helping them stay safe, connected, and confident in navigating technology.

The Sint Maarten Library thanks the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development and Labor for organizing this initiative and looks forward to supporting seniors in exploring the digital world in future events.
