The Kingdom of the Netherlands administered by the Charter for the Kingdom of the Netherlands (1954, as amended 2010) in a Nutshell. Mr. Julio R. Romney presents this, seemingly complicated structure, in a very educational and accessible way.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands in a Nutshell

In fact, he brings it back to the core by explaining what the Charter regulates. It regulates the conducting of Internal Affairs, the Conducting of Kingdom Affairs, and Granting Mutual Assistance.
Anybody who wants to have a better understanding of the Kingdom, should read this paper. The Nutshell is only twelve pages long.
