Dust off your bookshelves and rejoice! From Tuesday, June 23, 2026, through Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the Sint Maarten Library is launching a grand two-week Amnesty Return Event.

In alignment with its steadfast mission to promote literacy, lifelong learning, and civic engagement, the Sint Maarten Library has once again stepped forward to support the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset’s 2026 Community Book Drive initiative.

The Sint Maarten Library is pleased to announce the addition of Een zwaluw in de kamer: Queer-verhalen die je omarmen (A Swallow in the Room: Queer Stories That Embrace You) by
Dutch author Eveline van de Putte to its collection. Danielle Swart generously donated the book on behalf of the author.
