Successful for Christmas Market 2017 @ the Philipsburg Jubilee Library

the annual Christmas Market hosted by the Philipsburg Jubilee Library on December 21st, 2017, was a huge success.
The Christmas Market hosted 28 booth holders. Past & present booth holders came out with new original ideas and incentives adding to create a greater market for 2017 and promises to return in 2018.

The Philipsburg Jubilee Library (PJL) will be hosting her annual Christmas Market on Thursday, December 21st, from 10 am to 8pm at the library’s parking lot.

— On Saturday, November 4th, the Philipsburg Jubilee Library had an amazing book sale. Your local library was able to raise NAF 733.62 throughout the day during its annual book sale. The funds raised will be used for new materials and activities hosted by the library.

“The Philipsburg Jubilee Library reopens after Hurricane Irma’s destruction”

On Tuesday October 24 th ,2017, from 9 am to 5pm,
the Philipsburg Jubilee Library will reopen to the general public after two challenging
months. The library remained closed through the month of September and partially
through October to allow the staff the time to complete necessary clean up and repairs.

the much anticipated 2nd edition of Where’s Where in St. Maarten (WWSM) was released to the public in an official launch held at the Jubilee Library in Philipsburg on Friday, August 18th. The first copies of “Where’s where in St. Maarten” were offered to the Director of the library, Mrs. Monique Alberts and Assistant Circulation Supervisor, Daniel Helligar.
